We dropped Gump and picked up Gumbo for the next 10k, but also took off a few minutes early before 0630 and missed Starch who was coming in hot. On the 2nd half, we got a callout from a guy as "inspirational" and turns out he was Headlocked later by the Superbowl crew and became Pad Thai. Rest of the morning was a slog in the humidity and hills of Ballantyne CC.
